I agree, the IBM release is not meaningful. No numbers or specs except the number of boxes, too vague and might well be an apples-to-oranges comparison. Not "fair".

Doesn't matter. Sun still needs to answer. The "not available for comment" line is like taking the 5th: despite the judge's instructions, the jury reads it as an implied admission of guilt.
