Doing some very quick research on this company leaves me a bit mystified. The deal with British Airways sounds great for them. But, their latest balance sheet shows an R&D expenditure for the latest quarter of $18,000. This indicates that there is virtually no ongoing software development taking place and no staff, on board, for this.

This seems virtually impossible to me. A software company cannot hope to have a future if they are not doing, on-going R&D.

Do you have any idea what's going on? It looks very fishy to me...
