How long has RACE been trading on the Frankfurt exchange? quote.bloomberg.com London, Aug. 23 (Bloomberg)--Data Race Inc. (RACE) rose 0.1 euro to 2.8 in German trading. The data communications company said its fiscal fourth-quarter loss narrowed to 14 cents a share from a 25-cent loss a year ago. Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 fell to $460,000 from about $1 million. --- Frankfurt would be great place for hedge funds to sell short and avoid U.S. regulatory oversight.
