Your recent postings on this board have been thought provoking (thank you for that) but really only Jain himself can address many of the issues you raised. Why don't you write him an e-mail directly through their Investor Relations Dept.? I'm certain you'd get a reply in due course. He is accessable, I believe. I think shorting this stock is dangerous so this is simply a suggestion/a word of advice before you leap in and regret it. He is a brilliant tactician, a Microsoft product, and not to be taken lightly, despite Spytrdr's lame and biased insults. Jain always seems to be two steps ahead of the field in his moves in what is a lightening fast environment. He has deals with many of the best and brightest so he must be doing "something right" to earn their trust. Let him speak for himself. Perhaps we'll all learn from the exchange if you are willing to share what you learn.

Good luck with all your investments except shorting INSP!

HERE IS THE ANSWER I GOT FROM INFOSPACE. "Content is a commodity." ANY THOUGHTS, ONE AND ALL?
<<Subj: RE: question on proprietary rights

From: jhanson@infospace.com (Joni Hanson)

Nope, you are right. Content, in our view, is a commodity. We have not and
probably never will own the content. The barrier to entry is the 33 patents
pending, and one just approved, we have our technology that ranges from our
own integration technology that integrates information with other services
such as communcation and commerce, our promotions technology that gives us
the ability to deliver online promotions that can be used online and
offline, our e-wallet technology that gives us single-click ability, our
messaging technology that enables users to send and receive messages from
any device to any device and others.

For more information, we can send you out an investor kit if you provide us
an address.

Thank you for your interest in InfoSpace.
