Victim??? That's a laugh. AMD made 100s of $Millions$ off Intel's designs and never gave anything back in return. That's not a victim but a freeloader. Intel got tired of carrying a deadbeat and AMD has been whining ever since. Intel simply cut off the welfare payments to it's deadbeat partner.
