Scouser, I'm trying to get a handle on TA. I would appreciate your thoughts on my questions. Why is Williams% a superior tool to Relative Strength? The reason I ask is is as a general indicator, if RS is between 0-20, it indicates an oversold condition. If Williams% is 80- 100, an oversold indicator also. Is this correct? I also have been using OBV and Bollinger Bands with various MDA. I use clearstation for a quick look. I also think TA can be applied to OTCBBs, but would like to refine my skills. Also do you know of good TA web sites, my present ones don't seem to work. TIA, Linda O
