Jack, a million towers out there? That is a lot, how many of these are in the US? Six years ago the highest estimate (according to the article Seppo dug out) for yearly deployment were only 25,000. Is there an industry source we can check on these numbers and are all these towers in need of SC filters?

By the way, in one of pieces I saw about CDTS, the number of $10 (or actually 11) $billion was mentioned.

When I mentioned CDTS on Steve's thread early last month, I suggested (it was "back of the envelope calculation") visibility of annual sales rate of $50 MM within 18 months, do you think CDTS can reach this ryun rate in that time frame or will they reach the $400 MM run rate within that period?

Thanks in advance.

Zeev

Jack, do we have any clue how many of those ClearSite boxes will have to be installed at any given base station site? How many simultaneous calls can one box handle?

I'll try to contact DCTS IR folks, maybe they can provide some info on this also.

I'm quite pleased about the SCON / Alltel news. It basically means there indeed will be a market for HTSC filters. However, I note that SCON did not give any numbers (yet??) in their release.

greetings,
Thomas
