For your information, I use MyTrade and MyTrack every single day. It works very well for me, fast or slow moving issue. Now that I have answered your questions please do this for me: when you are experiencing these problems that you have posted, issue a /link command in the private chat window and post the results to SI. I for one would like to know how efficient your internet connection is. One request: keep the profanity out of the discussion. Rick Davis

I agree 2Mar, and you get them on the phone you never know if they have a clue....I put in a sell of gspn at open thursday....was 1/2 hour before I could even see order...the order showed as still being there, I tried to cancel and it said cancel rejected...I called on phone and they checked into and called me back and said it was filled...position kept showing in my acct, called back later and they told me once again that it filled, still showed.....called after market, the said they had no record of it filling...so I got stuck with $10 loss, and could have sold for profit during day.... these things happen all the time and it really pisses me off...bad enough when you screw up yourself, but when someone else continually does it for you is hard to take.... All of my big losing trades this year have been from a mytrade screw up....
