It's already a done thing, the problems with TRAC have been
posted here very faithfully, stemming all the way back to the issues in November ....when you could not cancel orders and they sat there forever for weeks.....remember, Richard? It took you guys a couple of weeks to admit you were having those problems then, but you came around didn't you? All documented here:
Subject 20827

------>and I have PacBell DSL, and it works just fine as an
extremely reliable HighSpeed connection. For you to say that
MyTrack "works fine" for fast moving issues is not the experiences so many have had....time and time again.

And you are dodging the issue of AM gap Freeeze-ups in your reply...and we both know you are evading this constantly recurring issue with MyTrade in your response

**I hope the word "evading" isn't considered a profane word to you!

But to always get the reply from someone at MyTrade, that
everything has been working perfectly.....is so par for the course. You tried that once before back over the months on the order cancellation issue....and you finally made the admission then.

So you are saying MyTrade is working perfectly in the morning gaps and EOD's?

After 1 1/2 months of constant problems with these times of day, you had 2 weeks(being generous) of trouble free service until friday's crash. I was in chat channel 9 & 3...
was pure chaos.

Obviously you don't trade in the am gaps, with MyTrade...
It's been a total------>crapshoot! ( sorry for such strong langage, but it's extremely accurate)

And by the way Richard , given all the aggrevation with
you people and your system failures...I have not once ever
used profanity with any of your people in chat, or on the phone...as some that i could name will attest.
On SI , posting with strong emotions usually denotes
something is very wrong with MyTrade on a given day....and there are many
many many masterful and experienced traders that have posted on these issues besides me on the days of their occurance

....MyTrade's evading of past issues, then admitting to the problems later, is why I
for one feel your company's performance should be monitored from without , and a record kept. Because we always get the same reply from you guy's ---->That everything is working perfectly!

Pardon the expression, Richard, but that is pure----->BS.

....Save it for the "Rosey" commercials...and the Newbies.

;-)

Doesn't seem that your Host Eric in chat wants to be of assistance in having MyTrade do a line test for me , Richard.... suggested I have my ISP do it...what were you thinking of?

Well i already know what MSN shows of my DSL connection...It is consistently very fast.
just curious why they would not be of assistance even with the mention of you and your Request? Just--> Par for the course....

so there's your report back...MyTrade was of no help as usual.

here's to hoping and praying, MyTrade doesn't go down at the open today.... as it usualy does, in recent months!

and the failure and disconnecting at the EOD last Friday, cost me $12K today..or more! Just the usual incredible un-reliability of MyTrade in general..... you have to get out at the EOD or sell premarkt...anything else and you are just plain gambling with it to fail on you when you need it the most....

I would not recomend MyTrade to anyone at this point, period!

Rick,

The /link command looks very interesting. I've had some A.M. problems lately and it will be interesting to see how that commands words when there's a slow-down.

Thanks and later,
