My e-mail situation has me upset. Intercourse the internet. I signed on for unlimited e-mail and the inbox has been reduced to 1 meg. Any more and it locks up. Locked Sunday. Called and they deleted all the incoming. Locked again yesterday when 2 messages came during the same hour. I spent over an hour on the phone for zip. Me: Before you delete the messages can you tell me who they're from? Tech: I could but that's not our policy. Me: Could I speak to your supervisor? Tech: No. Click. Called back for another 10 minute wait. Me: Can I get more megs in my box like I signed up for. Customer service: You'll have to talk to a tech. Tech: You'll have to talk to customer service. Try this, you may get to see your mail- go to start then click run. Now type in blah blah. Me: I just lost my Outlook program. All my saved messages and my address book. Tech: Tough luck, that's what usually happens. You should give Hot Mail a try.
