Islander, that PE is rearview mirror. If you make "rational assumptions" on penetration of the DRAM market, you have visibility of earnings ranging in the $4 to $12 in the next three to five years. The beauty with RMBS is that the DRAM makers need not be profitable for RMBS to be profitable. They get between 1.5 to 1.7% of the shipments of all RDRAM. Furthermore, there is an "upside" potential of their patents being applicable to DDR as well as to existing SDRAM.

Having said all that, I think that the current price is quite a "fair" valuation and no longer see the huge potential of price appreciation I was suggesting last November.
