Michael, we really don't have consistent laws in this area. I gather there is no federal law on nudity/indecent exposure, so what we have is a hodgepodge of laws, ordinances, etc., adopted at the state and local levels. They vary widely from place to place.

Most places, there's no law against your parading behind your own fence in the nude, or attending a nudist colony, or propagating the faith (of Naturism), but other places there is, or somebody thinks there ought to be.
