Yes, and it may continue into tomorrow - pre API jitters. I've been holding 45% cash for a while now. With another build in crude or products we may have another excellent buying op. Interestingly CNBC was almost touting OSS after the close. 200% earnings increase expected during 2nd half of 2000, and a lot more in 2001. Sounds like Boom 2000-01.

Speculation: Richardson's trips/negotiations with Saudi's and friendly neighbors may have helped load up a few extra tankers.

OT: Day traded WMI today, aka "garbage in, garbage out". (G) Made a little tax free dough in the Roth.
