The witness said she passed Suzanne and there was no mention of which side of the street either one was on. Is your mark on the map a guess?

Yes, my mark is a guess. All I know for sure from talking to Suzanna Andrews is that Suzanne Jovin had not yet passed Elm Street. However, I'd say based on knowing that part of town really really well I'd say the odds are heavily in favor of Suzanne being on the west, not east (as it does look like I've indicated -- technically incorrectly; i.e. she likely did not cross over to the other side of College Street), side of the street. Sorry about the crudeness of the map. I just wanted to differentiate between a mark inside of Phelps Gate vs. outside (4 vs. 5).

Any particular reason why you think Attorney Grudberg's quote is significant? Do you attach significance to his use of the word "morning" versus shortly after noon technically being "afternoon"?
