This is not actually a 4-for-1 split, but rather, the way I read the news, a repackaging of the ADR content (was 4 shares/ADR, will be 1 share/ADR), correct?

J.Conley, one of the things I like most about LDP, other than it's making me money, is that it looks like its almost immune from the market conditions... it only dropped from an intraday high of 130 to about 115... also, the fact that the split will put the price level at a strong support...
