Claude,

If you think that promotion can add millions to market value, why doesn't every company do it. Wouldn't it be a good investment to hire a 'promotion specialist' at 50K/year in exchange for a couple of million in market cap?

If that is really the way it works, administrators of companies that don't make any promotional efforts should be fired and replaced with better management.
