Sure, he'll claim vindication when the SEC slaps ECNC's wrist for some trivial or minor press release no-no, but so what. The core technology has never been touched once by either the SEC notice or by anything that Mr. A@P or Pluvia have ever posted.

When are ya gonna get it through your head that the SEC doesn't care squat about the technology. Their only job is to police accuracy in reporting. It's up to investors to evaluate the technology and what value it might have.

It's hardly a technicality that ECNC failed to file an 8K mentioning that they more than doubled their outstanding shares, a fact that has been verified with ECNC's transfer agent. In case I need to explain it to you, it means that you own less than half the share of the company you thought you owned. It's also hardly a technicality if they have lied about their revenues.

While I personally think the technology is next to worthless, I'd be the first to admit that I could be wrong on this point; the value of future technology is inherently difficult to assess. I'm willing to assume for the sake of argument that ECNC's technology is great. Someone might even be willing to pay, oh, say $160 million for. After ECNC gets delisted and starts trading on the pinks, that means it might get bought out for $160 million. That works out to $1 per share. You think someone's gonna pay $2 billion for it? If so, I want some of whatever you've been smoking.

And that's $1.00 a share only if, of course, ECNC hasn't also issued tons of stock options, warrants, convertibles, etc. that could dilute the long suckers even more. Based on what I've seen, I wouldn't count on it. If they didn't tell you about the last 100 million or so shares they issued, why would they tell you about the $0.10 options they might have issued along with them.

Open your eyes, dude.
