I doubt very much that there will be a lawsuit.

I suspect that the ZULU shares are primarly in the hands of small investors, who will have to convince a lawyer that it is worth his while. That's going to be a tough sell.

I suppose there are some large insiders who are not part of Phase2, but I'll bet they are in new jobs and just want to put this behind them.

Hi Sgt.

I bought a bunch of this in March of '98. Through reverse splits and name changes and probably changes in what they do, I ended up with 300 shares at $4.21. I'd be happy selling anyway near that price. Would you explain a reverse merger a little. Thank you
