RC:

You should address your question about Archival to djhay. As I understand things, any day their stock could be up and trading.

The Raging Bull Archival CD Site:

I assume you are also asking about the CVIA Preferred shares. The subject of the preferreds has been discussed over and over on RB. Mr. Anderson has committed the use of the dividends as an instrument to move the company to another exchange. Bringing them into play for no other reason than to appease Shareholders would be counter productive to the company's future at this point in time.

Mr. Anderson has been out of town on business and upon his return, he will likely add to and/or correct my comments(returning Friday???).

Hope that helps.

ArchivalCD is getting an admendment attached to its first filing (SB2) I was told their 1999 audit came in so that is what we are waiting on. (been out of town all week so I havent had a chance to see it yet.)

Yeah there will be value as soon as they come up trading, which shouldnt be much longer... as soon as the SEC grants approval.
