curly seems to be confused.

First he says MS shorts CYMI.
Second, they take the insider shares at a low price.
Third, they talk up the stock & sell the shares.

What happened to "covering the short?"

Personally, I don't go in for conspiracy theories.

Actually, although I didn't own CYMI at the time, I believe there was a lawsuit (which may still be pending) several years ago regarding the optimistic outlook projected by management while at the same time they were disposing of shares which subsequently went way below their sale price (for reasons which were beyond management's control). This may be what is bothering the stock: once bitten... no one wants don't want to be fooled twice. Needless to say since I am still long, actually longer than a few weeks ago, I only suggest this as a possible reason for the under performance (MM's dumping upon a hunch). With the group very strong and in particular ASML making new highs we should have moved and we haven't. The sales create uncertainty and the market doesn't like that. Any other thoughts? Jay? Andrew? Bob?
