You either scream and pull your hair out from what happened today in the stock market or you have to make comedy of the situation hoping to drive the point home that change is needed. Lets look at this morning. You have the S+P up 9 1/2 point ready to thrust the market into cyberspace, the Nasdaq futures were up over 60 points and within an hour after the market is trading, Clinton drops a 100 megaton bomb making Allen's feeble attempts to drop the market look pale. Way to go Bill. My hat is off to you. Frank
