None of those things are part of my problem and there were a number of people that experienced the same problems at the same time, so I know that it is Schwab.

I am an active trader, so I do see all of the problems when they happen.

I stand by my complaint. And even if it was one of the problems that you suggested, do you see anything in those responses that would help me identify the problem?

Nope, Schwab simply doesn't understand customer service, despite the fact that they are in the service business.

If you were Schwab and you had a guy on the other end of the email that makes at least 10 trades a day and he was having a problem making those trades, wouldn't you want to fix that problem so that he could start making trades and generating revenues for you through the commissions that those trades generate??? Pretty dang cavalier of them to simply dismiss me with a canned response.
