Blackie, interesting find. I see the same Montle, Paul J. listed for UVEW dated 08/13/99. Do you know of a more recent filing date? Since Montle isn't listed as an officer, I suspect he owned a PP for that company. Also notice the nature of the UVEW business. Remember the spinoff dividend from CHIP not too long ago? IMO Montle understands this business area, nobody should doubt his understanding and ability to do the merger described in the CHIP's filings.
