BGR, Sometimes I wonder if we are living on the same planet and speaking the same language. (bg) When I buy a computer though, it contains all sorts of software that I DO NOT WANT TO BUY. I must though. > My point about Govt. services is that the overall cost and quality do not tell the complete picture.<< The net of it all is what I am talking about. From an inflation point of view, that's all that counts. I have no problem if I'm slightly worse off and a poor guy is slightly better off on an equal basis. I think as a net we are worse off in terms of cost and quality of services and it's not captured. Wayne Wayne
