Aus - re the bad Sony bits

I thought that is the core of the SNDK IPR in that if you get a bad bit in an SNDK product then the whole product still works fine. Thepoint being that it is almost impossible to make flash memory that is 100% perfect 100% of its life.

Sony may have a very big problem if this is the case.

I'm sure SNDK looked at this Sony stuff to see if they've violated any SNDK patents. But it never hurts to take anotehr look.
