Zeev, or is it possible that fund managers are trying to lock in some gains before the end of the quarter? If they lighten some positions they pocket the gain but also show moderate investment in tech when they close the books.

What's with the SI posted low of 32? Strange error, or spike?

Hi Zeev:

Do you think the cycle could be topping? I seriously doubt it. Rather, I believe this is another bout of MM.
The increase in shipped lasers from 550 to 600 bodes well short term and the increase of backlog, with the notes in the CC that they can CONSERVATIVELY forecast sequential growth of 35-35% over the next 8 quarters makes me think this is a ST correction.

After being overly optimistic back in '97, management has demonstrated extremely conservative estimates.

Thoughts?
