I think the key to LDP stock price, aside from technical consolidation and the usualpre-split behaviour, is to hurry along the most potent IPOS -- especially Ceon, Saba, Nufo, and Silicon Spice, since they are LDP's biggest share holdings and can dramatically influence both earnings and NAV v. quickly.

This is where the company can consistently influence its PR profile over the next 3 months. With at least 3 in registration already they are well on the way. I don't know if Ceon is ready, but pushing it along more quickly would be good. One Q. re Ceon, does anyone know total shrs out or LDP% ownership? -- this would significantly influence the likelihood of a reverse split. IOW, are the 8 mm shares there for good?
