So there were "no Problems " in the AM gap yesterday, Pewd?

As A Representative of TRAC (of sorts)...

are you still maintaining that it is an issue that is affecting only a few?
Was I imagining what i saw in TRAC~chat yesterday, experienced myself,
and heard others say-----> that nothing was getting filled, orders sitting for minutes on end and/or not showing up and being almost totally helpless for many minutes at the open? Are you still maintaining that this is not happening to the majority of users? Please Enlighten us. I had an order for PMCS that sat for 5 minutes above the ask that HRZG never filled. I was not alone in this, it seems.

HRZG seems almost every AM gap to not being able to
handle the order-flow, rendering TRAC/and it's users "helpless" for minutes on end. Was it select~net failing? Or was it NITE failing?
What seemed to be the problem yesterday? Or were there no problems with TRAC and everything is working perfectly. Please enlighten?

These circumstances seem to be happening with
more and more frequency in the AM gaps, and I continue to mention them here , only because they are "real" for me and many others I witnessed in chat...not just trying to bash.

If MyTrade is working "perfectly for you during these times
please share the secret....for it seems there is nothing but i
daily repeats now of this bottle neck for the open, that prevents order execution.... and so many dips cannot be bought, and some of the best opportunities are lost to make good trades because of this apparent lack of order execution. Do I believe you when you say
it is all due to "connectivity", as you have stated before?

Could you address the issues that i witnessed happening to many people , described above in chat, that occured yesterday in the am?

I have asked you many times in the past to address
these AM gap issues...and always get the same answer
of "connectivity" being the issue. Do you still maintain
that it is only that, which is causing what seems to becoming a morning occurance, and happening to more than just a few.

Care to enlighten the masses? Would love to know why
it seems for minutes on end, in the AM/Gap it seems impossible to get an order executed, orders to show up in accts if it does , and the accompanying problems of summaries and positions and cancellations.

regards,
