Point taken about depreciation. About the Govt. cost/benefit, all you have provided so far is your own subjective impression, Wayne. I countered that the subjective impression of another person may be different. Can you objectively prove that the net cost/benefit ratio has gone up? Otherwise, all subjective impressions, and not just your own, remain relevant. Finally, did you see what I was trying to see about inclusion of better machines in the CPI measure (majority rules, that is)?
