(the "Company") will be held at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time on Wednesday, May 10, 2000, in the Grand Ballroom of The Sheraton Seattle Hotel & Towers, 1400 6th Avenue, Seattle, Washington 98101, for the following purposes: 1. To elect six Directors to serve until the next Annual Meeting of Stockholders and until their respective successors are elected and qualified. 2.
