All my micros got shaken; pctr did well.

This stock always dips before good news. I added shares yesterday with confidence news would be coming. We will see $5 soon.

Is it a coincidence that we see this broad OTC pullback the day after CNBC spotlight on OTC-BB volume? Said the market makers are straining under the huge volume, as they are still doing it manually over the phone. Big meeting coming up with SEC over computerizing the BB. I think they want to tone things down a bit.

Perceptronics anticipates incurring a capital gain for tax purposes from the sale of the business.

Well, if you're gonna have to pay tax, capital gains a good problem to have. I didn't see what kind of deal they made. Wonder if it's a real windfall cash deal that will infuse the company with capital? SEC filings will detail.

Thanks Ricardo.
