I've just read about the hundredth post asking about the pending 2:1 split in CSCO systems. If pending split information were included in the list of options along the bottom, people could get their answer and the rest of the thread participants would be spared repeated exposure to what has become painfully tedious old news. Dear SI Bob, The "keywords search" on individual SI people on the bottom of my SI page has been NOT working for a long time (probably 2 weeks). Could you fix that? It's a great function for searching the old posts of my SI gurus/heroes. TIA. Allen Bob, you can try it -- it returns the thread instead of the posts that contains the kw -- especially when u try it on individual SI person. Message 13216010

SI Bob, PLease investigate enforcing a standard of taste for the banner advertisements.
