Jeff,

I loved VOXX below twenty, really, really liked it at 30, thought 40-50 was fully valued, but was willing to let it run. My motivation to sell was basically a valuation call simply because competition will always make margins a potential issue. I'm not saying that I think margin is pressure occurring now, but even the potential makes for the extreme volatility we have witnessed over the past few days. I just have this feeling that VOXX will have to be perceived as a "value growth stock" again before we would see the kind of performance we saw last year.


This from the CEO is what would make me skittish about VOXX at 70...
