Something just doesn't add up. The following exerpt from their news release is contradictory. They themselves acknowledge that Toronto is the mining finance capital for North America, including the U.S. So their justification for moving to Denver just doesn't wash. It sounds like they are hiding something. Maybe they are planning to use this as an excuse to take some large writeoffs:

<<``Regarding relocating the management headquarters
to Denver, Colorado, the reasons are two fold; the Company wants to increase its presence in the United States to better access the huge pool of capital located
there, and our operating expenses will be significantly less. We will increase our presence in the U.S. by seeking a listing on a U.S. equity exchange and by having a
management presence in the United States. Although Toronto is recognized as the mine finance center of Canada and North America, Denver, Colorado also has a
strong mining community and is the mining center of the United States,' he concluded.>>

Good moves,...management is getting younger and more aggressive. Now they should put their money where their mouth is, and buy some stock.

Denver is a little closer to Brazil and probably has better flight connections than Toronto. Denver has one of the highest traffic airports in the world. Closer to Oz as well and probably equal distance to South Africa.
Big crosses on CNB today. SWG sold a million shares to somebody and then took out a PP in CNB.
3 million crossed.
Rumours about Brazil bulk samples!
Good Luck Sufferers.
