It's 8:00 am PST. Isn't the hearing scheduled for now? If anyone can hang out at the courthouse with their laptop and a wireless modem and post the decision on SI, we will all be grateful. <VBG> Jay

Joe, I have sent ideas and even some mock-ups to SanDisk in the past. I believe that someone at least looks them over before placing them in the circular file cabinet. I figure if I send in 10 ideas with one good one among the 9 hair brain schemes that I have fulfilled my duty as a shareholder. To be honest, it is disheartening not getting any feedback at all from marketing. Not a single reply in almost two years. Aus
