Don't put to much faith in the Yahoo board. The person posts "We Won" with no verification. Nothing on any site I've looked at confirms it and I've also checked the official court docket (although this is notoriously days behind).

If that was true ( I hope it is but..) I would have expecteda last minute pop in the share price. NO such pop so I remain to be convinced.
Besides which aren't these things always postponed or delayed or there is a last minute witness ? (always happened on Ironside anyway)
