Did somebody say that they would buy shares for a quarter, to cover their short? Looks to me like the new CEO bought shares much cheaper than that. He got them for a mere ten cents: In October and November 1999 and January 2000, the Company issued an aggregate of 13,000,003 shares of the Company's common stock to approximately nine persons in consideration for $1.3 million. Mr. Musolino, the Company's president and chairman of the board, acquired 11,650,343 shares of this total through two trusts for the benefit of his children.
