Thank you very much for finding that. I find it a little suspect that we all felt that spread widen, and didn't know why and the companies didn't say they were embroiled in a second request.

Most of the time, individual investors are the last to know what's really going on. Does that mean that I have to call IR each day to find out what's happening with this deal?

I think disclosure of a second requests should have been made by both companies. It clearly was material and moved the stock, as was amply demonstrated.

good information, blaireo. I fervently hope the deal goes through, as I do believe it is strategic for JDSU. But we need to know everything <sigh>
