It's not clear to me that there has been a second request. I suspect it hasn't happened yet. Perhaps,it wont. With all the financial derivatives available; arbitrage is a very complicated game and strategies are often well disguised and things such as JDSU/ETEK discount are not always proportionally indicative and a good measure of the risk involved in the deal being consummated. I had hoped that today as a triple witching would have brought some clarity; but I'm unable to recognize it, if it has. I think, if a second request had ben received, ETEK would have disclosed it as promised. Regards, Gerry
