Ramsey Su: If the Taiwan election selects a pro democracy separatist candidate which is then followed by major Chinese saber rattling (even some possible action) do you think, now that most folks have been drawn back into the market this week, that could produce a significant market drop next week?

Glad you brought it up...

Regards,

Ramsey, I suspect that there is an agreement between the US and China with regard to Taiwan.

The insider know about it and I speculate that that is the reason for the strong rally.

Further if Taiwan would be an issue I do not think that tech stock would had the run they had.

IMHO I wish that a party should emerge which will declare independence.

Having China controlling Taiwan would not be in the best interest of the US in the long run.

.......... but again any little wrinkle can start an correction from those lofty levels
