Yields The wait is still over 2 hours for a web trade to open although the phone time is about 30 minutes.I think that CT sent some of their agents to work at TD,so that TD could give better service. The thing that hurts is that I have been with CT for over 15 years and they have all my banking needs including my mortgage.There has been no recognition on their part of this loyalty if anything when they sent a note regarding their problems they changed my name to "valued client". This is typical of the way TD treats its clients. Duff
