Dr. Levy,

I have lurked around this thread for quite a while now. I cannot help but be reminded of the early days on the Winstar thread, where I remember you as one of the regulars. While the specifics are obviously different, the discussion of G* and its prospects continue to remind me of Winstar and broadband wireless back when.

- stock price a real roller coaster, definitely not for weak hearts
- questions about the viability of the technology (remember the endless rain fade arguments?)
- questions about the competence of management (remember how much dumber B Rouhana seemed to get when the stock roller coaster was at bottom?)
- questions about the business plan
- etc.

I made nice money on Winstar and its competitors over the years and continue to do so. It will be interesting to see whether G*, and LOR for that matter, work out nearly as well. Meanwhile, to borrow from Yogi Berra, it feels like deja vu all over again.

Thanks.....gale
