Perhaps I've missed it, but would anyone care to speculate on what they think JDS's "phase four" will entail? They have never spoken about it publicly, right? Just rather mysteriously alluded to it?

FWIW I have an account with ETRADE and believe it or not they have no special margin requirement on JDSU. They do have a 70% requirement on ETEK though. As much as I get aggravated at their performance at times, the lack of a special margin maintenance requirement saved my fanny this week. Best Regards,

Datek had JDSU as NON MARGIN?????? A major stock? I'm astounded: I left Datek because they don't do options but I always found them "fair" on margin issues.
Ah well, as they grow the "newer" companies get more and more like the old and lose all the edge of being new and wanting your business.
