You have indicated that "Warren Schreiber" is a crook. I'll give you that but, are you suggesting that the company doesn't manufacture or sell "real" telecommunication products? And, that they don't have firm commitments with their clients, such as the Army? Based on the information that your providing, your giving off buy signals, now that Schreiber has swindled his small fortune out of the company, and his shares are in the holders of other investors. If what you say is true, then so be it, only time will tell. The next 10-k will provide the real answers to your claims here. Until then, let the facts still remain. 1. They did increase revenues 2. Their product line is growing 3. They now own a engineering design consulting company. 4. Their losses are decreasing yearly. KM
