Before TWE goes up, they are going to have to improve their service levels. I'm a long time customer of waterhouse and I'm pissed, sometimes it takes as long as 45 minutes to fill a market order after I entered it in Webbroker. Most of the time I end up with the bad end of this especially when the market is very volatile. I received a letter from some senior management promising that the service level will improve by the end of March, they better do something quick otherwise heavy trading customer's like me will start going somewhere else.
