The drawing shows a male in a T-shirt with the tape going around the chest underneath the arms at the armpits. Small 34-36 Meduim 38-40 Large 42-44 XL 46-48 2XL 50-52 3XL 54-56 Ladies' Small 6-8 Meduim 10-12 Large 14-16 XL 18-20 2XL 22 Ladies' please note that currently there is not an option for you on the Country Club Shirt. But if enough demand then I am sure we can get a Ladies' fit in another style. Current count: Shirts 46, Hats 40. Keith - Out of the Bronx
