Hank, this discussion has gone from the sublime to the ridiculous. Why do we own stock in the first place? Don't tell me it is for the privilege of saying we are owners.

"Buy low and sell dear" remains the goal. We all knew FSTW was a give away at 2 and we ought to know that it got a little ahead of itself at 23. So, Roger is a better trader than most of us. Duh!

If we are going to belly ache every time an insider sells some of their shares then we will have to give up owning companies. It is after all, the most significant part of the compensation package for a tiny company like this!

I think it is far more important that Richard is holding tightly to his shares. He remains focused on FSTW business and is the most savvy of the insiders regarding the company's prospects.

Roger is a director and has primary interests elsewhere. So be it!

If you want to sell some of your hoard then do so! If you shove the price down enough then I will be on a buying spree. Works for me!

To all,

My brother and I have decided to not sell any of our shares until at least the 1st quarter numbers are reported on April 25th and then depending on the report will decide from there!

Hank

Hank and grievers, you all had a chance to take some off the the table. When the stock was booming there were massive number of shares traded that could have taken your million shares. The insiders have been patiently holding for a chance to claim some of the returns - knowing they will have more vesting in the next year. What Roger or any other of us have done is not personal to what we think about FSTW. In our private moments we want to make the best of decisions - and the ones who believe in FSTWs future will be the ones who take the most marbles out of the ring.

I've not read this post for a week and I come back to this -- :"!. We have been through some tough times and now all I see is some tremendous potential. Does it matter when we exercise our options?

Now I will continue reading the posts. And I still plan on seeing all of you at the BTP. Cheers!
