Yes they are but they are growth engines for them, They could very well end up dominating the B2B exchange area. ORCL is leveraging it's core and expanding, much like any G would and should. So I see ORCL has not a laggard and with much more room to move as it leverages it's core. Like INTC into networking, video, CDMA, and now games has. That kind of moving outside the core is moving stocks like INTC and DELL a king never to be a G. It's important to watch a laggard G since they will turn it around at some point and are easy to time. Downsouth I have no idea if it is correct to post this kind of post here, since I have been branded an outsider, it might be better for you engage somewhere else.

Oh one more point Fuel cell industry is a tornado in the making, I have invested in BLDP. You all can scan that thread and pick out the ones to watch. PLUG comes to mind, there are few others.
