The FDA has a major headache over a Diabetes drug highlighted on 60 Minutes and discussed frequently on the CBS Evening News. The drug has side affects the FDA knew about but downplayed. The FDA may take the full six months to approve a new technology considering the major negative hits the Agency recently received in the news. This could make the Sunrise approval more likely in September than in July.
