Exactly right ...

When a Cdn stock is popular with American investors, a broker usually decides to file the relevant documentation with the SEC in order to facilitate any subsequent transactions.

This usually entails a 4 letter ticker followed with the letter F for Foreign.

CPT is better off pushing for a full Naz listing than a full BB listing, which doesn't accomplish much. I just rode CRY.TO from CYPLF to CRYP status. I would be happy to do the same thing here.
